Ask Us .....
AAW is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the art and craft of woodturning worldwide through education.  With more than 13,000 members and over 365 local chapters globally, AAW members include amateurs, hobbyists, professionals, gallery owners, collectors, tool and equipment suppliers, and others.
The Valley Woodturners is a Chapter of the American Association of Woodturners (AAW). While it is not a requirement to have an AAW membership, there are many advantages, including access to a very extensive collection of videos at all levels on a wide range of subjects, all vetted for safety and quality (unlike many YouTube videos).  Find out more about the AAW on their website at  https://www.woodturner.org.   They also have a great forum where you can post questions on the full range of woodturning topics.  You can go the forum here.   We highly recommend AAW membership.
